Returns & Refunds

Thanks for shopping at Sound Escape Agency. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed, with the tags attached and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Any item not in its original condition or that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error is not eligible for exchange or refund.

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery is not eligible for a refund.


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned
item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

PreOrder Items

Any items added to an order including a PREORDER item will be shipped out TOGETHER after the PREORDER item release date.

There will be NO REFUNDS on orders including PREORDERS until the items from that order have been shipped & received by the customer.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Digital Products

There are no refunds for any digital products purchased from Sound Escape Agency.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you believe the item(s) you received is/are damaged or defective, please contact us at and please include photographs of the item(s) unworn and unwashed.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping
costs are nonrefundable.


For international orders, please be aware that there may be additional charges and/or fees due to customs and/or import taxes, depending on each country’s policy.

While we do our best to ensure that this will not happen, Sound Escape Agency is not responsible for additional charges if & when they do occur.
